WORSHIP TEAM MUSICIANS
The worship team needs to be more than a band. It needs to be a breeding ground of worship leaders and lead worshipers, no matter what the instrument.
There are two specific requirements that must be met for worship to be genuine, or true; Knowing God, and Falling Down before Him. If these two prerequisites are not met, worship of God is in vain.
MUSICIANS QUALIFICATIONS
An adept Church Musician combines a passion for music with enthusiasm for the faith tradition in which they serve. The basic qualifications you need to become a Church Musician include knowledge of hymns, contemporary Christian or traditional church music as well as skills using your instrument.
